Class Descriptions

Our classes are designed for every fitness level! If you are a beginner, or advanced, come prepared to get a great workout in. Kettle Bell

From strengthening the key muscles of the lower body (glutes, hamstrings and quads) to challenging the muscles of the core and upper body (back, shoulders, forearms, triceps and biceps), kettlebells truly are a highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength.

Beginner Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a circuit based full-body workout. This class is desined without impactful exercises making it perfect for beinners. Build up your strength, balance and flexibility with this class.

Intermediate Bootcamp

Go hard or go home! We have high reps, high sets, little breaks & whole lot of heavy breathing. With bodyweight or free-weight options available to modify the intensity of your workout, Bootcamp classes are designed in circuits for the individual to be able to push themselves according to their fitness level. If you feel like absolutely smashing an hour workout, look no further - Boot Camp is here!

Core Circuit

Get a great core workout with this class! In just 30 minutes, this class will show you how to do core exercises properly and effectively! Bringing together two of the most fundamental parts of fitness: Cardiovascular training and core training! By mixing core exercises with cardio movements you can expect to not only tone that midsection but to drop those extra calories as well!

Butts and Guts

Fell the burn in this class developed to work your glutes and core. This class will strengthen and develop muscles surrounding the glutes and abdominals (hamstring, quadricepts, obliques, etc.). Getn in the shape you've always wanted with this class!


This class is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Channel your inner rockstar. Pound is a full body cardio jam session. Inspired by the sweat-dripping, infectious, energizing fun of drumming.


A gentle practice that focuses on longer holds to get into the deeper layers of the body and connective tissues. Designed to nourish your body and mind, allowing time for reflection and an opportunity to free up any tension.
